I'm trying to figure out a way to update records based on uniqueness of accession numbers.
I have setup a registry entry to specify that in the ecatalogue module (key 4), the combination of TaxAccNo1;TaxAccNo2;TaxAccNo3 (key 6) is set to unique (key 5) and to display the message Please enter a unique accession number when uniqueness is not kept.

The problem I'm facing is that when I try to import a few records to update existing ones, I get an error saying that I need to enter a unique accession number (as per the value set in the registry entry). The desired behavior would be that EMu checks the records are unique and updates the new details about the existing entries. I have checked the import tool guide and can see that there is a guide but could not get it to work as I don't have access to the server client.

Thanks!
Andy.

Category: Using EMu

Hi everyone,

I have a fresh installation of EMu and tried running a report using the Crystal Report format but it gives out this error "A suitable report program for your report type could not be found". When I try to run crystal.exe in the EMu installation folder, I get the error "Class not registered". Does anyone know a way I can fix the issues?

Cheers,
Andy.
