Best practice to attach Condition report etc

Dear colleagues and community, greetings

I am newbie with EMu, I have a question regarding if there is a best practice regarding attaching
"Valuation certificates", "Accession Invoices", "Condition report" etc onto EMU.

I can see one can attach these documentation onto Emu at object or/and accession lot level.

My understanding is <Multimedia> is intended to be used for the photographic or AVs for the actual record, so we can output in crystal reports, e.g. 1st multimedia image. But is it the way people are documenting those reports here? As a second or third multimedia attachment under the record/accession lot?
