No. If KE Software (an Axiell Group company) were to go out of business, clients would, in time, need to purchase a new collections management system. The same would hold true if an institution purchased a system based on Oracle and the system vendor went out of business. While Oracle would almost certainly remain in business, it is not possible simply to take one vendor's user interface and connect it to another DBMS. The institution would still have to purchase another collections management system.
